I love a good party, especially one with a theme! I was invited to a pastel-themed birthday party and thought it was the perfect opportunity to try out a new look. I've been seeing a lot of pastel colorblocking lately and love how the colors compliment one another. I paired a mint dress with a light pink necklace and sunglasses. Neutral shoes and handbags are great accessories to pair with pastels because they don't distract from the softness of the colors. Pastel clothing options are everywhere right now, so find your perfect shades and don't be afraid to combine them in one outfit.

On a perfectly sunny day I was able to go enjoy some time at the park. With spring finally here I'm only too happy to get to wear my poppy colored shorts and mix them with an oversized camel blouse and wedges. My new favorite accessory is my YSL clutch that seems to go with just about everything. Keeping jewelry simple and adding some classic aviators brings the look together without overdoing it. Enjoy the season with bright colored separates, neutral accessories, and classic wedges. Happy spring!
